General
Panels
shall be 26 or 24 gauge aluminum-zinc alloy (other types of panel
material are available upon request). Wall panels shall be VistaShadow
or VistaSheen. Material for VistaSheen roof panels shall conform to
ASTM A-446, Grade E (80,000 psi minimum yield strength). Material for
VistaShadow or VistaSheen panels shall conform to ASTM A-525,
Designation G-90, 50 KSI minimum yield strength.
B.
Panel Description
1.
VistaSheen panels shall be precision roll-formed for 3' wide coverage
and shall have four major ribs on 12" centers, 1 1/4" high
and minor ribs centered between major ribs. VistaSheen panels are
usable on roof, walls, soffit and as interior liner panels.

2. VistaShadow panels shall
be precision roll-formed for 3' wide coverage with a sloping contour
shape. Major ribs shall be on 12" centers, sloping approximately
1 1/4" to 5'. VistaShadow panels are usable on wall and as
interior liner panels.
C.
Panel Finish
1.
Pre-treatment: The metal shall be given a pretreatment prior to
finishing, consisting of cleaning and creating a chemical reaction to
form an inorganic coating for bonding of the finish.
2.
VistaColor Color Coating System
A.
Walls: The color coated VistaSheen or VistaShadow panel will be
thermosetting modified polyester resin, pigmented to give optimum
adhesion and durability.

This
rugged and attractive utility panel features strong, 1 1/4" deep
major rib corrugations, spaced on 12" centers. The roof panel version
of VistaSheen features a purlin-bearing leg to support the panel
sidelaps during installation and provides strong, leak-proof integrity.
A
non-bearing leg version of VistaSheen
is used as liner panel, soffit for overhangs and canopies, fascia sheeting
for mansards, or alternate wall panel. |
